If your website hosts a blog, you are telling the search engines that you are an expert in your industry. For example, If you have 32 blog posts about real estate, Google recognizes you as a real estate expert. This in turn will rank you higher when someone searches Google for “real estate agents.”

Avoid SMM Stress by Managing Your Content

One of the most important aspects of social media is management and consistency. There are plenty of metrics to show that a post happening every day at the same time on your social networks will build your audience. But mastering a routine of posting everyday seems impossible. Here are a couple of tips to help you post something daily:

Schedule
On most social networks you can schedule a post. When you do have time to post or write a blog, write more than one. Once written, schedule them throughout the week or month and schedule them for the same time every day. You can sign up for social media management software, such as Hootsuite to help schedule your posts each week, however use caution; refrain from posting the same article or sharing the same information on each of your SMM channels as you might have repeat followers on multiple channels, and this will turn them off quickly.

Editorial Calendar
Build a structure for what you say each day. This way you aren’t scratching your head when you sit down to write posts. For example, if you are a real estate agent, you could post a new listing every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and then post open house tips on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
