Her 22 years of communications experience in several industries including food and wine, travel, toursim, tech, beauty and health, helps clients to achieve their content goals. As a communicator, Denise helps clients to connect with audiences through the written word. In her spare time, she is a frequent contributor to Wine Country This Week and Sonoma County Day Trips magazines.
David Parker
Full Stack Web Developer
Using languages & technologies such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, jQuery, AJAX, PHP, and MySQL, David is capable of making our websites come to life by implementing new features, fixing bugs, and translating elegant designs into readable style sheets.
Barry Niehuser
Master Programmer
Barry is a Santa Rosa native and our master programmer. He’s an expert database and information systems designer, engineer and implementer, managing all aspects of custom code web systems. Barry has accomplished mastery over many internet programming environments from PERL to Python and many in between. Barry is an integral part of our team because his unique skillset allows us to perform all custom coding in-house and maintain creative control.
Megan Harn
Graphic Designer
With a BFA in graphic design from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Megan is our talented in-house graphic designer. Besides creating the visual inspiration of our websites, she designs stunning custom graphics, infographics, maps, and more. Originally from Sonoma County, Megan moved to Portland after graduation where she worked as a graphic designer and custom jeweler for four years. After marrying her love and personal chef Derek, they migrated back to Sonoma County Wine Country with their species-neutral cat and two dogs.
Nathan Smallcomb
CEO, Solutions Architect
Nathan Smallcomb is a Santa Rosa native, entrepreneur and technologist with a passion for solving business problems using cost-effective solutions. Having developed his first commercial website in 1997 while earning a B.S. in business from Cal Poly, SLO, Nathan found his calling as an internet marketing entrepreneur. Since graduating, Nathan has remained continuously immersed in technology and has received various certifications from companies such as Microsoft, Cisco and Google.

Graphic Designers
Artwork and aesthetics should be your passion. Simplicity should be your aspiration. How you balance the two makes you unique and we want to see some examples. You should have experience with non-digital arts, but of course you should dominate Photoshop and/or Fireworks. If you prefer another tool, that’s fine as long at you dominate it.
WordPress Designers
You know WP inside and out. You can slice themes and code HTML and PHP with ease. You can author plugins and widgets, shortcodes are a breeze and performance tuning is always in the forefront of your mind. CSS is easier for you than drawing a stick figure.
Coders and Hackers
Is an explanation required here? PHP, Javascript, JQuery, RegEx, yes please.
Content Writers
If you’re a wordsmith that can tell a brand’s story and connect with an audience through the written word, write on. If you know how to piece together content strategy based on marketing objectives, engagement and SEO, even better.
